I like it with the exception of Intelligence Agent. When its there I'd replace it with Unkar Plutt. For the moment working Latts in there seems like a good idea, but I wouldn't know where to take the second point from.

Intelligence Agent could now be replaced with 4-Lom I think, not sure if I'm too excited of it either though

Its certainly better, but 4-LOM on his own isn't too exciting. Latts on a ship with this much health is bound to work some time and if she does even once she is really good.

Only way to get that second point I can come up with is change Advanced Sensors to Fire Control System, but that would change dynamics of the Aggressor. Worth to experience I think!
