Nothing not a thing. Nada. Zip. Zilch.

The day is old.

On may the 4th they announced heroes of the resistance later in the day.....

please please please

All we're really "expecting" is the reveal of SWX58 - as it's presumably 'Rebels'-series related, given where it fits in the lineup, a reasonable guess it's that it's the Phantom Mk II. Maybe FFG is waiting until after the reveal of that ship in the TV show?

It is a certainty they are going to keep making REBELS Ships...

:)

Interestingly, there is that much larger Mandalorian ship, too, in Saturday's episode (0:12 in this clip). And it's Scum missing the most ships at the moment...

...can't imagine FFG would pass on the opportunity to get Maul into the game...

Great points Brah... I think we will see a lot of goodies from Season Three based on all that we have gotten thus far from the first two seasons.

We should be very happy about that too.

:D

Looks like a bit like a MandalMotors Kom'rk to me.

Star Wars roleplaying info up! The floodgates of announcements are buckling! I'm ready to ride the wave of hype accompanied with the splash of Wave 11's reveal!

Oooh that's gorgeous.

I've only just got my first fang fighter, and now I'm excited and hopeful for another almost identical-looking ship.

But man, that would be so cool to have Darth Maul pilot...woar.

I am not in the least bit surprised, so I'm absolutely not upset.

Wave 9 just hit only a couple weeks ago. Heroes of the Resistance is looming, and Wave 10 won't be too far behind that. We'll start seeing previews of those in due time.

U-Wing and TIE Striker are part of wave 10, so there's your Rogue One stuff.

It was a mistake for us to presume there would be yet another core box. Two is plenty. We have OT era with the original core, and new trilogy era with TFA core. All that's left is the prequel era, which I do not expect in an X-WING core box at all.

A tiny bit.

A day come and gone and it's not looking good. I am happy to know I wasn't alone.

I almost asked myself how people keep confusing the Fang and Kom'rk but to be fair they are pretty **** similar.

It's a different ship though. The Mandalorians just aren't exactly... Creative.

no...no...no...why would I want free publicity and built in sales mechanics...Ignore you, force friday, they do.

You mean the Rebels' designers are not exactly creative.

But yes, it is an oversized Fang Fighter. Considering the former is super sexy, I don't see any problem with a PS 8 Darth Maul (why the heck all main characters in Star Wars are terrific pilots, anyway?)

Well, if it makes you feel better, Luke is completely worthless and Leia doesn't even exist as a pilot...

The kom'rk is like 68m long ship, so I would think that maybe for epic...

I was talking about the films/series/comics.

Yoda has his own fighter ship (and I bet he kicks ass) in the Clone Wars.

Leia can fly pretty well in the Aftermath comics.

Even Obi-Wan Kenobi, who doesn't like to fly , can outmaneuver a badass pilot like Jango Fett.

(why the heck all main characters in Star Wars are terrific pilots, anyway?)

Well, it wouldn't be nearly as interesting if it were called Land Wars. ;)

Nah buddy, I mean the Mandalorians. Not sure how, but it looks like you've missed which one came first. (hint, it's the Kom'rk.)

Technically the Fang fighter is an undersized Kom'rk, but that is of course pretending that size is the only real determining factor here.

It's called Star Wars, not Space Wars... :P

Most of the movies scenes doesn't happen in the space, anyway...

I know the Kom'rk came first (from Clone Wars, right?), that's why I said the Rebels' designers are not creative.

Negative, good sir. You are looking at the 'Legends' tab for it.

Take a look at the 'Canon' tab for the same ship .

It's only 52 meters - just a smidge longer than the canonical size of the YV-666 (47 meters).

Given how much easier to package this would be - it's basically flat - I'd say this is easily a candidate for a Scum 'large'-base ship, not 'Epic' at all.

It's longer than the Ghost D:

But they do wrangle the ship dimensions when they need, I guess it's feasible.

That's just them following established trends. Look at the Mandalorian stuff of TCW/OT.

I mean, does it really, honestly ever change or go away from what was established prior?

Was just at Walmart. The only Rogue One toy there was the U- BoatShipFighter Wing with included action figure.

Shelves weren't empty. Where's the market saturation I expected?

In a way I guessed correctt:

Citing myself (emphasis done now).

<Striker and U already spoiled (still wondering if that was intentional or a leak). Wondering what 's left to spoil, not only for FFG.

Originally in august I thought for 58 [hoped :) ]:

"a Rogue One campaign box would be nice. But big retailers probably won't take it in, x-wing is not that big yet, that a retailer would say there is enough critical mass of people already having a core at home and willing to buy an expansion at a big retailer.

What if it is a big box, x+u+striker+1-2 Tie/ln? Plus the core stuff with the NEW damage deck, and the uniques from the old core, discontinuing the old core?"

Now, that U and Striker were spoiled some weeks ago, there is the from Rogue 1 Partisan-X left , maybe an Y. The new A-wing is probably first VIII. Rebels season 3 - but how big is that one outside of the US, doubtful it is enough for a worldwide Force Friday. >

I would have loved to be wrong! and we would have got something. On the other hand though, it is quite a firehose of products atm, I have far from everything, and - not getting around to play as much as I wish - have quite some stuff which I not really have flown thoroughly.
