Hi folks, name's Jan, I'm fairly new to X-wing and heading to my first tournament this Sunday.

There's a good few models on my shelves, but majority of them took a dettol dive and are waiting to be repainted. At the moment I've only a VT-49, Slave I, an Advanced and two Interceptors available and need to create two lists with these. Fortunately upgrade cards don't limit me too much.

So here it goes:

List 1, The wee boys (97 pts)

Darth Vader, Expose, Engine Upgrade (37)

Royals Soontir Fel, PTL, Mk II, Stealth Device (34)

Turr Phenirr, VI (26)

List 2, The big boys (99)

Boba Fett, Navigator, Engine Upgrade (46)

Commander Kenkirk, VI, Ysanne Isard, Engine Upgrade (53)

I realize both lists are fairly similar (arc dodgers-ish), which is not ideal at a hangar bay tournament, but I think the more chance I'll get to move the models around the table, the more I'll learn and the less asteroids I'll be running into in the long run. Plus big ships with boost are too tempting to not try them out. Mk II and Navigator are my training wheels as well.

Also, I'm not a fan of netlisting, so both lists are offspring of my own brainstorming (which is just a nicer way of saying 'most likely piss-poor' ). My main question is if the lists are legal, but I'd appreciate a comment if anything stands out as super-useless.

I like list 1! If you have Carnor Jax, maybe replace Turr with Carnor?

List 2 might be easier to fly if you don't have a lot of experience with all of Vader's shenanigans.

If you have the emperor, you could try
