Happy Rogue Friday everyone.

Somehow at midnight I needed to pick up milk and eggs. And somehow I ended up at a supermarket right next to a Toys R Us. And from there, I could not resist the pull of new Star Wars bling. And on the shelves, lo and behold, lots of new toy ships. One in particular found it's way to the cash register. Here's the imperial Sea Turtle. Probably won't work for 1/270 scale though.

I don't think so. It would be about twice the size of the Lambda in 1/270.

Man that design is great. Even cooler is that it's a cargo shuttle, and now we know how The Empire delivers stuff like that.

Which, we can surmise that at least two of these things are on a Star Destroyer at any given time. How else can Star Destroyers deploy those garrison bases?

Not a superfan of the quad-wing design..looks ihmo a little bit like "safe" design to me.

Lead designer:" Right y'all, we need to make a new SW shuttle design. Pitch me your best designs!"

5 days later having been through lots of innovative new shuttle designs..

Lead designer:"Hmm..what if we like took.the..the Lambda..and..and..made it longer..and..and..doubled the number of wings..then it still looks star-warsy..". (So whats next? 6 wings?)
