I lean a bit toward ptl on Fenn. The extra points could come from pulling AT off of the other fang. But really, I like it. Even the Z is threatening with bmst.

Replace Talonbane with Old Teroch. That's the best way to counter Dengaroo. Other than that, I really like it!

Not a bad list at all.

My cheese scum list is as follows though:

2 X contracted scouts with overclocked r4, feedback array, Extra munitions, plasma torps, guidance chips, dead eye

2 x black sun soldiers with feedback array for 98 points.

This list has made many an ace list cry
