Drop Advanced Gunnery as some opponent with an ISD or MC80 will adore you for putting it forwards. Use Most Wanted instead and just protect Bright Hope while hunting a juicy target of your choice.

It would be nice to get APTs and Ordnance experts on the MC30 so trading it for a torpedo version will help with points. Mon Mothma, Admonition and Lando should insure you can survive 1-2 close range attack runs.

I would swap the CR90B for another TRC90A.

Add Veteran captain to Yavaris and Bank a squadron token turn 1 so that gives you 2 turns of double tapping 3 fighters.

So 11ish points needed and we should still keep a reasonably good initiative bid. Drop Han for another YT2400 should do it or drop him to an X-Wing and upgrade your intel squadron to Jan.

First thing I would do is get Mothma the hell off Yavaris. My theory in list building is I want there to be multiple viable targets and not just one obvious ship. Without APTs, Yavaris is worth more and killing it would completely cripple this list. I would recommend migrating Mothma to the flotilla. If you do that and throw boosted comms on, you can still activate squadrons and be far away from anything scary.

I actually like Dodonna's Pride here, and used it last night in a Mothma list. It's very trolly and fun, so if you like it I say keep it.

If you could find a way to fit APTs on, that ups your MC30's damage output by so much, and makes it so it is difficult to choose between trying to kill Yavaris or Admonition. OE/APT is great. However, if you're trying to keep the points low then keep it as-is if you like.

Additionally, with Mothma, Foresight>>>Admonition. Especially on the scout version.

Seconded to make it a torpedo, and at least put OE on there. It'll increase expected damage of blacks by 25%, pending usage.

And put either Boosted comms or Comms net on Bright Hope. If you're going to have it, 2-4 points is definitely worth the utility of those options. Generate tokens for Yavaaris/Admo or activate fighters from a safe distance.

Boosted comms for bright hope so Mothma can move there and be safe.

If you have them, flight commander and fighter coord teams for Yavaris.

Ordnance or sensor teams on the mc30.

Sure. If you want to pay Liberty points for a 4 hull ship, be my guest. Admonition is 8 points and Foresight + ECM is 15 points, so I know which one I'd rather do. I just think ECM is a waste on these dudes.

Though if you're at the range against a ship where 2 accuracies still leaves them doing enough damage to scare you (because they have a but load of dice), then Admo isn't that much better in that singular situation (ISD/Liberty front arc, H1 Side arc, close-medium range, also VSDII, Dominator, and other unicorns) for the same points. But for the duration of the game, Foresight gets more utility. With Mothma. Without, it's Admo for sure.

They're about the same when it comes to dealing with Rhymerballs, with or without Mothma. Foresight has the advantage with Fireballs (and heavy Rebel bombers). Admo has the advantage without Mothma.
