Well, the people use Spectre as their handles (not to be confused with Bond villains), and there is already Wraith Squadron.
So, Phantasm, Poltergeist, or Casper would be the unused options.

It's literally a plot device of the show that it's got stealth capabilities.
Since the ship was destroyed in Rebels this last episode and the previews show a new shuttle on the back of ghost. Perhaps a new one will appear. Perhaps an entire new Ghost set. unlikely I know.

Size is relative. The Ghost is large compared to the A-wings and Attack Shuttles that escort it, but it's only slightly larger than most light freighters, which are tiny compared to bulk freightors and capital ships.
Granted, stealth in space is an absurd concept in reality*, but were size to be a factor, it wouldn't be a big deal for the Ghost.
