Have question about Impetus title.

It gave an additional attack on one squadron. Does it mean that he made a third attack on one squadron (let say that this squadron is in double arc) or it mean that he may make second attack on one squadron from the same arc?

It means you can do a third attack, against a single squadron, regardless of what you did with your regular 2 attacks.
