I got this Sympathetic Agenda today as a Sympathetic cylon, halfway through the game. I was completely at a loss. ALL RESOURCES IN RED? Fuel will go down on its own, Population will plummet on NC, I can easily drive down morale (executions, failed checks...) But what the frak can I do with food? It rarely comes up in skillchecks (and even then, they're easy), I can reduce it by one with damage tokens, one more with Breeder's Canyon, they lose 1-2 during the game (if more, they use Food rationing)....

Is there ANY way to complete this agenda?

without luck? only breeders canyon as a human.. and that only if the other ressources are not higher.

Infiltrate, and use the Breeder's Canyon location to move the jump track and lower the highest resource.

But yeah, it's pretty hard.

Try to drag out the game as long as possible pre-NC, since there's about no way to lose food after NC.

First round infiltrate, second round resurrect, third round draw supercrisis, fourth play. Well, getting it as a sympathetic does suck, as there is every chance that you won't get four rounds til NC

Use the Treachery card that reduces the highest resource
