Hey all,
I'm thinking about running a free for fall game with a few friends. I don't want to do last man standing, the first to die end up sitting around being bored. Instead I want to play with respawns and Victory Points. Take a look at the basic structure and hit me with some feedback. (This is inspired by HotAC XP.)
- One ship per player
- Ships constructed beforehand to ensure each is roughly same strength
- Players start at edge of play area, equidistant from each other
- When a ship is destroyed it respawns with full health and all upgrades at beginning of the next round. (See below for respawn location.)

Players earn Victory Points as follows:
- One VP per hit caused on another ship
- +1 VP for destroying a ship
Questions:
- Respawn location?
- Play to x Victory Points OR play with a round limit?
