It kind of annoys me right now how everything armory related in the Enemies Without book has been thrown together in 1 table, unlike the other books whom categorizes everything. Reference on page 44.

Adaptive Logis-Engine is apparently an item, so is Stasis Cage.

Flare Shield seems to be a Force Field.

But then for example you have Ghost Blade. It can't be a Low-Tech sword... or a Power weapon. I can only guess it requires Exotic Weapon training? You might go "duh" here, but you can't expect everybody to know this just because you know the setting better. The book should be clear on this, it isn't.

Messy for an otherwise awesome book.

Personally, I just assumed everything but the Power Blade, Graviton Grenade and Silver Shield were Exotic. It wasn't an issue to me, though I agree it is a minor oversight. I have other problems with Without.

Like the fact that the Keeper of Secrets lacks the Dodge skill, something I will always find hilarious.

Or Ace without Fieldcraft.
