Post your lucks charm

By IG88E, in X-Wing

Your lucky charm. Do you have any thing which has to be with you at tournaments? For good mojo? Or just to influence the force? Post it ;)

Me: I have a focus token I found during one of my first tournaments. So it has to be with me, but simultaneously I blame it when the dice are cold ;)

Post your own (if any)

I bring my first challenge coin. I don't use it as a shield token or anything, it just sits in my pocket for luck.

No talismans or charms will help when my dice go bad. I have thought about a blood sacrifice but most flgs's frown on the mess and the cleanup is a pain.

I love to use the dice bag I won at my first tournament.

I can't roll evade to save my life when running any unique pilots but when I run pure generics I can have a focus only tie fo with no upgrades survive 12 red without a scratch and return 2 hits into a range 3 focused ywing

Sad part is I don't like running generics

Superstitious nonsense the only way to improve your luck is with the science of the dice gods, our 45789 part course is guaranteed to see you roll nothing but crits, call now and we'll sell you each volume for only 49.99!

Act now.

I only ever use cardboard templates from my first core set. None of that plastic mumbo jumbo for me.

In my experience, there's no such thing as luck.

In my experience, there's no such thing as luck.

Only bad luck ;)

I always start with green two foreward, all my ships no matter what. It started as a tactical preferance, now it's just a thing.

Put it next to my Decimator each round, spend it like a focus token (only inf. better).

As long as I have it, my luck holds steady.

I have some octagons of different colours, red and green.

I use to roll them when any of my ships attack or defends, and when they do roll well I usually win the game, if they roll badly i generally lose.

I don't really trust them, but they don't care and keep rolling as they want...

... maybe I should get better lucky charms!

I wiggle my fingers at my opponent's dice when he/she rolls.

Usually works in my favor.
