Rebel Aces with Partisan X-wing and E-wing V2

Guys guys guys... I've found the missing mystery item:

I don't think it will be another movie based core set. If anything is announced I hope it will be a rogue one "aces" pack, as that seems like our last hope at an T65 fix, but another rebel "aces" pack right on the heels of HotR seems odd, plus it leaves Empire players in the cold (and Scum players if the other ship isn't a Y or Z or if the cards are rebel only). Also Xs and Ys are the obvious choice for such a pack, but what in the world would Y-Wings get other than maybe a title that gives them a crew slot, as well as some rebel pilots with EPTs? Actually, now that I think about it, I wouldn't be upset with those two things, but a Y-Wing with a crew slot pretty much kills off any use for rebel hwks that still survived (outside the occasional Kyle or Jan).

I'd love to see an X-Wing core that fixes the T-65. Honestly, I think everyone would really like that.

I'd bet there will be an announcement article tomorrow if 58 is something coming out on Rogue Friday.

IIRC, last years announcement was the day after things were released - technically the same day but stuff went on sale at midnight and I think the article went up the next morning. Might be wrong.

This is a big toy release to gain hype for Rogue One. FFG is part of the complete package. Whatever it is will be Rogue One.

The only deviation might be a campaign box with the miniatures but those don't sell at the big stores.

Not all locations have FLGS so they get them from Target and Walmart.

The real question is what will be in the set. I think it will be boring 2 TIE and one X-Wing but hoping for 1-TIE fighter, 1-Stryker, 1-X-wing, and one Y-WING

I actually went to a Target for the people watching aspect and it was totally rewarding. I saw the new Core set but wasn't going to join the crazy-long line to try and snag items, so I snagged some choice pictures instead and picked up the core set on the way to work the next morning. As an ardent people watcher, it was a very fun night and I would love to go again this year but will be traveling for work and won't be able to make it.

I'd love to see an X-Wing core that fixes the T-65. Honestly, I think everyone would really like that.

I'd rather take a repaint box that fixes the T-65, I really don't need more TIE Fighters

I don't know how to apply this knowledge to the popular opinion that the missing SKU is a Rogue One core set...start stalking Target stockrooms?
