Any ideas about this ship how to build it what to fly with it? VENTERESS seems interesting?

Vent: with Latts Razzi crew, Predator, and gyro targeting will do well. Depending on what points you have left to use you can add things like BMST or Stimson. Possibly switch out predator for lone wolf.

Asajj Ventress, Shadowcaster, Gyroscopic Targeting, Dengar, Glitterstim, Veteran Instincts

Asajj with Latts is a great combo. You can swap Latts for Dengar as well.

If you want to play for tractor beam a good combo will be Asajj with Dengar, Title, Gyro and VI.

Another combo could be either Asajj or Ketsu with EU, PTL, IGcrew and An IGC ally

I'm planning on a Ventress with PtL, Dengar, Engine Upgrade, BMST and Rigged Cargo Chute together with an IG-88B.

I personally think PTL and EU is a better combo than Gyro with anything else (most likely VI or Predator). Gyro gives you effectively 2 actions but one has to be rotate arc. Apart from 5 forward, any maneuver that would trigger Gyro is also green, which means that PtL also gives you effectively 2 action except one doesn't have to be rotate arc, and when you do want to rotate arc, you do it with much more information than the rotate arc gyro gives you.
