ShadowCaster Psyker

Edit: took awhile to get posted, so i finished the tree, but if you have any recommendations on any changes that'll be great :D

Hey guys. I haven't played a psyker or know much about it, but i wanted to create my own tree, involving a Shadow Casting type ordeal.

I would just like some feedback/help finishing this. Any help with changes/fixes/tweaks/nerfs/buffs ETC... would be greatly appreciated.

As you can see its not completely finished, as to why i'm asking for help.

Shadow Caster
PER/AG/WP Based
Dusk and Dawn: You are able to douse a light concealing it in shadows. you are able to remove shadows to reveal light.
Threshold: +10
Action: Half Action

Type: Concentrate
Pre-requisite: Willpower 30
XP Cost: 100xp
The Psyker is able to draw the darkness from the warp using a +10 Willpower Test and can conceal what was once light, in return he may draw light from the warp to reveal what was once darkness. Conceal objects and brighten objects up to PR in meters, radius.
Shadow Hood: Shadows manifest near an opponents head, blinding their vision.
Threshold: -10

Pre-requisite: Dusk and Dawn, Willpower 35, Perception 30

Using a -10 Willpower test, the Psyker draws the sourrounding shadows to his will, forcing them onto an opponents face, blinding them for PR/2 rounds (PR/2 x6 seconds)
Ethernal Fire: Ignite the shadows summoning a Black Fire.

You ignite a shadow summoning a black fire at a position marked with a -10 Willpower test. can be summoned on an any shadow. 1d10+PR E, setting the target ablaze. Prolonged use will deal fatigue.
Bolt of dusk: Draw from the shadows nearby to summon a Bolt.

Pre-requisite: Shadow Hood, PR 3, Willpower 40
XP Cost: 300xp
The Psyker draws from the shadows nearby to summon a shadow bolt with a +0 Willpower test, Target must pass a Toughness test, or gain PR/2 fatigue, and PR wound damage. Only useable once per long rest (5 hours - PR hours).
Plane-Warp: You slip through the shadows, leaving the world.
Threshold: -10
Action: Full Action
Sustained: Full action to stay in the shadowplane for another turn and move. Cannot attack.
Range: PRx(1/2AGB)
Type: Concentrate, Movement
Pre-requisite: Shadow Hood, Agility 30, Willpower 45
XP Cost: 300xp
The Psyker draws from the warp transfering planes, with a -10 Willpower test, and appearing up to PRx(1/2AGB)m away. The Psyker can cast it again for a Full Action to stay in the shadowplane for another turn and move another PRx(1/2AGB). He cannot use any other actions other than movement in the plane.
Eternal Void: You inhale, only to exhale a dark cloud of some sort of smoke

Action: Half Action for PRm, Full action for PRx2m

The Psyker inhales for a second only to exhale this dark musky cloud of some smoke with a -20 Willpower test. This smoke can be 1d5m with a Half action, or 1d10m with a Full action.
Call Shadow: You call upon a replica of the target.

The Psyker summons a shadowy form of the target chosen with a -20 Willpower test. This form has 1/2 the characteristics as the target.
Afraid of the Dark: A shadowy form reveals itself and grabs an opponent, pulling them prone.

A shadowy image of your foe appears and grabs them. The target rolls oppesed vs the psykers willpower test agility, if failed, they are pulled prone, before disappearing dealing DoF=Damage avoiding nothing, can be parried or dodged. can be suprise attack
Ephemeral Storm: You conjure dark tendrals from the shadows to whip at your enemies.

Action: Full Action

Range: Summon range: PRx3m Tendral range: PRx2
Type: Attack, Concentrate
Pre-requisite: Afraid of the Dark, PR 4, Agility 40
XP Cost: 500xp
Created in the void of the warp, You conjure (PR) tendrals from the shadows with a -20 Willpower test (A tendral hits per 1 DoS) to whip at your enemy. 1d10+(PRx2)E can be suprise attack, Psyker gains fatigue to 1/2 amount of tendrals summoned
