The basic idea is to make Mon Karren as maneuverable as possible while forcing the enemy's hands with the defense tokens. I'm not sure if that CR90 worth its 53 points at all though... Maybe it would be better to strengthen Foresight or Mon Karren more...

A BC probably has too few blue dice to get overload Pulse to work reliably - and unless you get lucky with the single side blue first, won't help your main arc shot.

I'd drop it to get ordnance experts, Lando, or Blissex on Admonition. And a Medical Team for the BC. God I love those.
