I can it happen yesterday vs Doubledown, I just hit undo until before he used the LoS, then it unfroze him.

We tried that, but unfortunately it got stuck before we could undo to that point, and just ept undoing the last 5 moves, then undoing the undos, on and on in a loop.

Happens when multiple ppl undo. Let one player do all the undoing.

That's the recommended fix.
I'm considering adding models with alternative paint schemes. It would both add some variety and make telling ships apart easier (combine with the colored dots and you have a lot of flexibility).
Here is one possible solution for the Empire: classic grey (default) in the middle, flanked by Imperial White (more reminiscent of the films) and a Battelship Grey scheme (actually it's more green than grey, might change it a bit).
For rebels I was thinking maybe keep the overall base color, but add variations in colored panels instead. Not sure about that.
Comments?
Rebel MC80:
Vanilla to the left. The "Blue fleet" MC has just blue details. The "Green fleet" on the far right has green details, and a slighly darker overal paint scheme.

I'm down for this. Are these models we have to swap from the pieces menu?

Yes.
The ship cards spawn the default model. If you want an alternate you'll have to get it from the pieces window.
I really like the idea of different paint schemes.
I love the paint schemes idea!
I think this setup looks fairly good:
Expect to see something like this in the next build.

The idea is old - waaay back I made some alternate color schemes for the MC30, but it's been in the back of my head ever since.
Fluorescent colours all over!

Or 4 variants in the colors of the Chaos gods!
I'm going to take minute and say "thank you".
Thank you Green Knight for creating, updating, and continuing to improve this mod. I understand how much work you put into this and it's clear it is a labour of love.
I avoided vassel because it looked complex, and it daunted me for a year to not even try. I have no clue why i worried, your videos are amazing. Clearly detailing everything needed to play. Lot's of "oh that's so ******* cool" moments.
I've played three games since Saturday, more games this month then I've ever gotten since i have no local group.
I'm more prepared for regionals because if this of wonderful mod.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
One tiny suggestion, anyway you could add a "darken" range band option? Sometimes it's too light to see clearly on some brightly coloured maps when looking for those long range shots.

I'll note it down and see if it's feasible.
Why I typically do is to copy the ship/squadron in question. You then get a double overlay, which effectively darkens it. It's a bit clunky, but it works.
Great suggestion! I'll do that next time.

Not sure how well Java handles transparency, or VASSAL handles client content syncing, but would there be any possibility of some kind of user-applied overlay texture? IE., the ships all have a 'paintscheme.png' file they reference, normally a plain grey rectangle, that is applied over the ship as a 50% transparency overlay. Players could then customize it as they want, and their customizations sync to anyone else playing the match with them.

Unfortunately beyond Vassal's innate capabilities.
Have we covered the single brace on Corran?
Green Knight,
If there were a way to pull images from a website, we might be able to work something out as far as paint schemes.

In the dev build, yes.

Not possible.

And it's a good thing.
Bad enough that Vassal stores your password in plaintext--no need to introduce web-based attacks too.
