Dunno if anyone already posted a similar list but I was toying with this (i am looking forward to bring it to my LGS weekly tournament):
Fenn Rau (PTL, Title, Autothrusters)
Cobra Talonbane (Attanni Mindlink, Cloaking device, Vectored Thrusters)
Manaroo (Attanni Mindlink, Feedback array, Recon specialist, Unhinged astromech)
What do you think about it guys? Any suggestion?
I myself tried to do some list with Manaroo and Fenn, and I would swap Talonbane Cobra for Old Teroch in your list.
Otherwise list is fine.
P.S. I think Manaroo is becoming Palp Shuttle version of Scum - great supporting backbone of competitve list for this faction.

I've since decided that the Unhinged + K4 Droid version of Manaroo, shown further down in the post, is the version of Manaroo I prefer.

It doesn't really work IMO. Not competitively at least.
Manaroo can only pass Focus, which means your bad dice insurance is almost zero. I've tried running Manaroo, Fenn and Teroch in a couple of Vassal games and in my experience all you need is 1 turn of bad dice and you're screwed.
If you blank out on a roll, all you get is 1 Evade from Autothrusters.
