As every Chaos Power draws 3 Chaos cards at the setup of the game board, do they draw their standard ammount of cards in the first game round, too?
So would Khorne, Nurgle and Slaanesh all draw 2 extra cards to their starting 3 cards as Tzeentch would draw up to a hand of 5 cards?
Yes.
My group speeds up the process by just drawing 5 cards right off the bat and sorting them while the player with the lowest threat prepares the old world card.

This is Ok excpet in the case of Tzeentch. He should technically draw 3. Then decide if he would like to discard one. Then he draws up to 5. So if he discarded 1, he is drawing 3 otherwise the standard 2.
