I swear I tried to do a search on this before asking.

So, when you spend 3 engineering points to heal a facedown damage card, can you look at which effects they might cause before selecting your card? So, for example, your Interdictor has three facedown damage cards on it and you spend an engineering dial for repair. Can you look underneath at those facedown damage cards and pick? Obviously, this only matters (currently anyway) on Precision Strike.
