Check your spam folder. You should have already received an email with a link to submit your tournament list. The list submission is 11 days before the event, as anything earlier new product could be released and legal for worlds.

Why would it be different from any other tournament. Submit the day of.

I was also curious. Is it the first day of the tournament or the day you play? I.E. I play day 2 Friday so do I have to submit my fleet day 1 on Thursday or on day 2 Friday? I suppose they will tell us before.
