The straightforward guess is 40 points with full statline. Probably no EPT, but that's a tossup. FFG will intentionally cost this pilot so it is solidly tier 2 and won't enter the meta.

Based off of past ships, The YT will be 29 points with no EPT, 30 with an EPT if it has the lesser stats, and 40 if it has falcon stats.
Unless of course, it has unique stats. Then it is anyone's guess. (Ie, the guns of the smuggle, the hull and or shields of the falcon, or maybe something in between)
