No. You can only spend a single focus token for its generic effect of changing eyes to hits/blanks once per attack (which is not usually relevant) but other than that, you're not limited in how many you can spend as long as you have things to spend them on.

Only thing that's relevant off the top of my head is Calculation: you can spend one Focus to turn an eye to a crit and one Focus to turn the rest to hits in the same attack.

The case that provoked it was R4 Agromech I think - you used to be able to spend one focus to turn the eyeballs and gain a TL, reroll with it, then spend another to turn the eyeballs again. You can't any more.
Calculation works fine, because you're not spending a focus for its generic effect when you use Calculation. So you're more than welcome to spend a focus to Calculate and another to turn the rest to hits.
