I think people seriously underestimate the Grav Shift Reroute. No card has the ability to just turn your opponents' objectives into liabilities for them quite like GSR does

That particular effect hasn't happened in Rebels yet, but it did happen in Heir to the Empire.

Saying it's not thematic is kinda a stretch. We have seen multiple times where a ship gets it's position adjusted by a Tractor Beam. Sometimes it's a capital ship (Tantive IV in episode 4), and sometimes it's a Starfighter/squadron sized ship - (Falcon getting pulled into the docking bay of the Death Star). So it IS thematic for a type of tractor beam to be able to adjust the position of a squadron sized ship. Just because we haven't seen that specific task done on an interdictor doesn't mean it's not thematic. I mean, we haven't seen Darth Vader on board a Raider yet either, but you can still do it.

Did it? I don't recall that. Tractor beam, and gravity generator was all I saw.

When Luke gets stuck in the Tractor Beam - Tractor Beams don't just hold you still, they can move you as well, which is why I would think it could use the tractor beam to move ships wherever you decide.
