If a goblin is next to a "wall" and right across the wall is the objective token, (second mision first encounter) and the other two slots are free, can the goblin take posetion of the objective token? Or he has to move one tile to grab it?

If I'm understanding you correctly, I think the goblin might have to move around the wall. In the Guide to range and LOS (in my signature) check out diagram 6 in section 1.3. Notice how for the map edge (middle row, far right) you have to count around the piece of wall, you can't count right through it.
