More stress workarounds for anything with a tech slot.

Given the current debates on zuckuss, thats going to lead to some rabble rabble and sky is falling threads.

Doesnt let you stack 30 stress so not as big a deal. One only helps if you start unstressed, the other only works at up to 2 stress

As the biggest whiner on all things Zuckuss, this expansion is quite irrelevant to him.

Just more victims.
