So having just picked up a second MC-80 I was looking at trying to fit two of them into a 400 point list....
Admiral - General Dodonna
MC80 Battle Cruiser + Liberty + Raymus Antillies + X17 Turbolasers
MC80 Battle Cruiser + Endeavour + Intel Officer + X17 Turbolasers
GR-75 Medium Transport + Leia Organa
GR-75 Medium Transport + Toryn Farr
4 X-Wing squadrons
4 Y-Wing squadrons
Total - 897 points
Missions - Precision Strike - Fleet Ambush - Superior Position
problems with the list:
1. the choice of squadrons don't really mesh with the list. 4 x y-wings without any Intel won't help much.
2. the choice of objectives: why no Advanced Gunnery since you have big arc xi7 ships without gunnery team?
3. zero fleet support upgrades. i am all for a big bid but TWO gr-75s without any fleet upgrades seem a waste.

Bomber command center and boosted comms/expanded hangars will all help your X- and Y-wing fighters out quite a bit.
Well I can command all of my squadron so Expanded Hanger Bays aren't really needed. Bomber command center/boosted comms would help but the problem is that I'm on 397 points at the moment so I'm going to have to drop some stuff in order to fit them in.
