Anyone know of any good quality printing options for HOTAC? Not even sure how to look that up online.
Thanks,

Thanks,
Good printing options? Put the PDFs on a sub stick and head to your local print shop. I printed everything on 100 pound paper, thirty cents a page. The book I left digital because I'm cheap.

I'm more looking for options for cutting so I don't have to cut myself. Sorry, should have been more specific. How would I get good quality prints similar to the current X-Wing chits and get them cut?
I think you're better off cutting them out yourself from a cost standpoint. One of die cuts surely will be very expensive. A paper cutter works well for everything except the mines and ion clouds.
A swivel stencil knife is useful for the clouds but regular scissors work too. The mines are going to be scissors only unless you can find a piece of copper thin wall tubing that has an I.D. the same as the O.D. of the mine. Use a grinding stone to sharpen one edge and use it as an oversized paper punch. Should work fairly well.
I don't know of any place that will make them for you. Iprinted everything out on bond paper, then spray glued all the pieces to thin matte board from Hobby Lobby. Bought a 12-pack, then some friends and I cut them all out one night while throwing back a few. Still works great!
Or there's that person that put everything in 3d files to be 3d printed...
I printed everything out on cardstock then cut it out and attached it to foam. Works well and I like it better than cardboard.
I followed the suggested printing materials that came with the set and had them printed at Staples. Did my own cutting and mounted the turrets with small split pins. Nothing was difficult to cut. Mounted the mines, ion clouds and station pieces to mattboard I picked up from Michaels.

I did print a bunch of character sheets on the extra full sheet lables I had. 1, pencil erases better off of them, and Ive been able to cut out shield, hull and action numbers/icons from other ships to make my stat card accurate.

This. Josh, who made HotAC, picked the perfect weights to print everything on. I took that sheet to my local copy shop and had everything printed on the appropriate weight stock. It didn't cost much, and I just used really sharp scissors to cut the card stock, and a paper cutter to cut the lighter stuff in straight lines.

That would be me.
If you don't have access to a 3D-printer, then rest assured I'm currently looking into find a way to sell these. Possibly through shapeways, if they're not too expensive.
I can offer everything in acrylic, full color and cut, ready to play :-) The price is quite a barrier, though
