No idea. I just signed in and saw all these stupid crutch forums, too.

I think somebody asked if "turret weapons are a crutch" and it generated an insane amount of hatred. I think a lot of players who don't like sharing X-Wing with kids or casual gamers hold grudges against turret weapons because some turrets are easier for beginners to fly.

I don't care either way, people! Please shut down all this crutch garbage before the moderators have to. I just want to have a friendly conversation about a game I love - with or without turrets used in it.

nah it actually started over in Armada due to Major Rhymer (no don't laugh! he's amazing in armada!) and migrated over here like the bubonic crutch plague crutch

I like that people are curious but starting by complaining is not the answer.
