When I successfully close a gate I can discard all monsters with the same dimensional symbol. OK, but what happens, when I have 2 (or more) gates with the same symbol? Can I discard monsters too or I must close BOTH gates? Thank you dor your answers and suggestions...

Each gate removes the monsters with that symbol, even if you have other gates with that symbol still open.

Ok it is weird (why discard them when monsters have still open door to our world), but it is rule...

I think it's sorta logical. By closing the gate (no matter how many left) you drain powers from monsters, which use gates as energy source. So they get damage and gone. By the time you'll manage to close other gate - there can be more similar monsters.
