What is the most expensive 100 point list you can come up with?

By dhars, in X-Wing

I made a big mistake in the last one, here it is corrected:

The maximum I could get to was $750

4x Tantive ($360) - for targeting coordinators

1x Millenium Falcon ($30) - for draw their fire

1x Misthunter ($20) - for 1 adaptability

4x Ghost ($200) - for shuttles

4x Tie Inquistor ($60) - for the 4 guidance chips

1x Most Wanted ($40) - for the auto blaster

1x Core Set ($40) - for playing the game

Almost there ^-^

Hmm, though I don't see what you did use the K-WIngs for.

You would only need one tantive for that list... Where are you getting 4 from? You get 2 targeting coordinators from one.

Isn't Targeting Coordinator (limited) Epic only as it needs energy to run?

The evil chihuahuas are also pricey (5 A wing, crackshot and thrusters)

Looks like targetting coordinator is limited (so only one per ship) and the tantive only has 1.

Still, only need 2, not 3.

He has targeting coordinator on all 4 ships...

Anyway, using useless upgrades feels like cheating, since no one would ever DO it. Especially something that literally CAN'T do anything in a non-epic game. I came up with $595 without any useless upgrades

I have made a new discovery, abuse the tie bomber with a decked out shuttle for a whopping $815!!

1x Core Set - ($40) - to play the game

3x Tie Bomber - ($45) - (for Scimitar squadron pilots)

2x Imperial Vetarans - (60) - Shuttle bomber title

4x Tantives - ($360) - Targetting Coordinator

3x Millennium Falcon - ($90) - Mercenary copilot

1x Ghost - ($50) - Deflectors

1x m3a - ($15) - Flechette

1x Gozanti - ($70) - Agent Kallus

1x Decimator - ($40) - Tactical Jammer

3x tie inquisitor - ($45) - guidance chips

I take 4 Spice Runner, with Dorsal Turrets, Guidance Chips, targeting coordinators and black market coordinators for $860.

Based on your prices:

4x $90 from the CR90s, 2x $50 from the Ghosts, 4x$15 from the Inquisitors, 4x$40 from Most Wanted for the Spice Runners, 4x (I guess) $15 for the HWK-290 themselves and 4x $30 for the Shadowcasters.

Still silly to abuse a misprint to drive the prices up ;-)

edit: Theoretical I could get rid of one dorsal and replace it by a TLT to increase the price by another $20 for the K-Wing and thus come to $880. But that would trigger my ocd, so we keep it symmetrical.

Would alternate artwork cards drive the price up some more or does it not really matter?

Shadowcaster is $40 ;)

WTF? Why is that thing 10 bucks extra over the other normal larg base ships? Nooo, I want to fly two at least. That is really disturbing my X.Wing budget plan ... seriously. Anyway, in that case my list is $920 ;-)

And some people are gonna fly list which need for real 7 or 8 shadowcasters, the same amount of most wanted for the Z swarm. About $600 for that swarm, yiikkks.

Don't forget "AWING Test Pilot" Title only come 2x per Rebel Aces so you actually need (3) Rebel Aces just to field 5 Chihuahuas.

He has targeting coordinator on all 4 ships...

You should look at his last edited time then my response time. His original only had 2.

Do you mean 3x rebel aces for Proton rockets? Because that's only $90 for 6 of them.
