I know that the next wave is coming out late this month. Is Heroes part of that wave or is it coming out later?

Later but we do not know when.

There isn't one yet, it's still on the boat. Based on the time it went on the boat, I would expect maybe mid to late November, but it depends whether it got hit by the Hanjin shipping bankruptcy or not.
