5 grenades! I'd live dangerously and make them Thermal Detonators though. Why blow them up when you can disintegrate them? :)

Dude?!?

The book is called " NO Disintegrations", C'mon get with the Program here!

Sheesh!

Hey, don't normally post here, but I've been watching to see what Martial Artist gets. Does anyone else think the Precision Strike tree is pretty broken? Even if it only works with Brawl weapons, which I doubt, 3 Strain and 3 Advantage to put Knocked Senseless on literally anything seems pretty stupid. There is no way a player with that wouldn't do it to every boss fight. Or alternatively, just continually land the Overpowered Crit and basically get an at-will version of Unmatched Devastation (at the cost of your Strain bar, but that heals). Is there a ruling on how these talents work with Durable, Superior Armour Master, and such?

On the other hand, Maiming all four of somebody's limbs and cutting their eyes out in the same round is now possible. That's cool.

"To the pain" (princess bride reference)

I really can't wait for this book now! Everything that we haven't seen looks awesome! I'm the GM for my players, but I think after I get the book I'm going to try and get in as a player again. Taking both the Martial Artist and the Assassin trees would make you a freakingly unstoppable force of nature. Plus, I would play it like one of those Wild West movies.

"The stranger walks coolly into the bar, pulling down his hat over his eyes. He surveys the local patrons for a moment before quietly sliding onto a stool at the bar and rapping the counter to get the barman's attention. 'Corellian fire whiskey,' he murmurs. He follows this up with a credit chip worth far more than the drink. 'What's been happening around town? Know where a fellow might find a job with a little excitement?' "

For the Sig Abilities, is it the 00's or the 99's that you need to have in order to unlock them?

The 9's. Sorry, should have clarified that!

If there is anyone out there still answering questions?

Apologies if this has already been covered... But aside from the armor and spacecraft? Is there any other information on Mandalorians in this book? (Yeah, ha, I'm that "weird" guy who only picks up the EotE line. So I don't have Friends Like These.)

Someone does actually have the book already! He's got his own thread; helpfully, that thread has, "I have No Disintegrations" in the title! I think you could ask for details there!

But I can confirm you will be getting your Mandalorian armor in this book :) !

Oh no no, Richard, not four combat checks. Five!

Remember, you use it as an incidental after making a combat check, and when fully upgraded it can add up to four additional combat checks. So yeah, it can rock! But you also have to consider that you have to be carrying at least four weapons, meaning you have to have the encumbrance to do so, and if the first four hit, the last is at a minimum of impossible difficulty. Depending on the GMs interpretation, since it's all one action, you wouldn't even be able to make that last shot, because you've already spent a Destiny Point on that action (to activate Unmatched Devastation).

You, my dear, think too small, Assassin / Gunslinger Besalisk. And 20 Duelist Pistols. ;-)

Though improvised weapons make for a cool use of the ability too … death by teacup.

It amazes (and saddens) me that peoples first thought on Unmatched Devastation is "Oooh, I'll get 5 identical blaster pistols and take turns using them".

It's so incredibly boring and unimaginative.

My first thought when I heard about it was "ok, I'll have to have a carbine, a hold-out, wrist mounted rocket launcher, wrist mounted dart launcher and a wrist mounted flamethrower" (and more!).

But nooooo... "I'll have five identical pistols that I'll use in rotation".
Yeah... great fun there... and it really solidifies the thought behind the rule.

Nah. I think EVERYONE thinks first about either Boba Fett or better the fight between Maul and Pre Vizsla … or at least the matrix. But actually using single shot duell pistols, lots of those pistoles sounds imho indeed super cool and basically the opposite from boring. :P

Lightsaber attack, two blasters, flame thrower, a few grenades … and he runs out of attacks and back to lightsaber again. ;-)

Like certain others, I am very excited about not only this book, but certain things that I want to see within. Let's list:

· Westar-34 weapon profile

· Ship mods :)

· Stats for 'Mandalorian' constructers, similar to those of Inquisitors in F&D

· And, finally, I'm really excited about the SIGNATURE ABILITIES!!! Sure, you've gotta buy down a whole spec tree to get them, but eh, the spec trees are awesome too! :D :) ;)

It's February 2nd...

...and "No Disintegrations" is NOT sitting on my front porch! WTF?!?

FFG's site still says, "not released yet" and "Release Date: February 2"

Gah!

Gimme, gimme, gimme!

;)

What time do you expect them to open?

At his convenience, obviously. *grins*

Isn't that what we'd all prefer?

It's 2 PM already, and still no forged in battle :P

Yeah I've per ordeded but I live in sweden so I guess 'll have to wait like a couple of weeks or a month before it arrives :/

Has anyone received a copy from Cool Stuff or Miniature Market? MM says they have some, but CSI still says they don't have any to ship... two days after release!
This is the first time ever CSI hasn't shipped me a pre-order on release day. (in years of ordering from them)

Oh, before anyone tells me I should buy locally - stop. I'm not driving 86 miles round-trip to buy a book. I just want to know what's going on!
I'm concerned that this is another Asmodee strategy to f$@ over online buyers again.

CSI is a brick-and-mortar store, so that's not the issue.

I drove down to my FLGS to see if they had a copy in stock, and didn't call me about my reserved copy because they're forgetful/incompetent/mean. Turns out they haven't received it yet. I blame society.

Yes, they are, but per Asmodee's new rules, they have to separate their business between BnM and Online.

I'm envisioning the actual retail CSI store in Florida has them sitting on the selves, but the online CSI doesn't have them in yet.

Ok, that's interesting. I've been seeing lots of posts on Facebook of people sauntering into a local store and buying a copy.

*shrug* Who knows? (certainly not me, but I want to!)

My flgs' shipment came 1 day too early to have no disintegrations, causing me to have to wait 6 days.

After picking up my copy from the comic store that ordered it for me, I happened to be in the local flgs that used to be my go-to for the books because of their stock. It appears they've pretty much restocked the books (and minis for other FFG games) after the Christmas sale...but no copies of No Disintegrations. Either they sold out in a day (possible, I suppose, given the demand for the book), or they didn't get any yet. (They did, however, have the Wave 10 X-Wing ships that came ut this week, so my money's on having already sold out of ND.)

Any ideas, where to get it in Europe? I won't go to the US before the 20th. And, the Warrior Lady beyond the Ocean is asking $ 14,-, at least, for shipping and import fees.

Am I willing to pay € 46,-? I fear I am.

I phoned my pre-order supplier Friday... should come some time next week. Just in time for the switch over to D&D 5E Curse of Strahd,,, great

Ok, forgive me. I have questions. 1. What show is this? 2. What is that sword the mandalorian guy is using?
