No Distintegrations

The Fett's 'Most Notorious BH in the Galaxy' Dance

This is sooooo typical. The only splat my gaming group is waiting for and the GM fancies a swap to D&D 5th Curse of Strahd. :rolleyes:

Tell him you are not going to switch ever. D&D is crap compared to this rpg. So either he sticks or he finds another gaming group. Also, have you told him No Disintegrations is coming? That might interest him.

TBH Lareg.... I think he's wearing (gothic black) rose tinted shades. :lol:

Give him a rose tinted mandalorian helmet....he might see your point then. :lol:

Question on Exploits (since I'm too impatient to wait the couple of weeks I'll need to answer my own question): are Exploits permanent (i.e., once you fulfill the conditions the effect is always with you) or is it more of a one-off thing (e.g., you cause lots of collateral damage and you get a bonus to Coercion on that particular bounty, but that ends once you move on to the next target)?

Nobody who knows can actually answer this question until the book arrives, you know, right?

I would guess that they work like the soldier's scar talents. They're permanent but you can only have some number (probably either 1 or 3 won't know until we get it) but after you hit your max/cap you can replace one of your existing exploits with a different one that you earn.

Yay No Disintegrations is shipping. I'm still hoping the Novasword appears in it.

Those nonlethal/less-lethal weapons will work great for a character concept I had for if we switch back to Star Wars but it's Age instead of Edge (child soldier during the Clone War, now a medic, who tries to save lives whenever possible).

I'm looking forward to this book.

So, who's going to be our lucky winner this time? You know, the person who gets the book early and who is honor-bound to spoil the be-jeesus out of it?

I've even come up with a new, easy(-er) to use format for spoiling the talent trees!

Example using the Assassin tree!

Not me. My FLGS always gets the books in a day after release.

I didn't ask who wasn't going to be the lucky winner! That's pretty much all of us :P !

I know it won't be me, either. My FLGS is pretty darn good (and the guy who wrote the pre-view articles for this book works there!), but they are also very strict about street dates, as they should be, so I won't get it until next Thursday or Friday, depending on what date FFG gives them as the first day they can sell.

My FLGS gets stuff on Thursdays, and the release date is a Thursday, so it might be me, I spoiled Friends Like These, and a F&D book.

Why not? There are developers on these forums all the time after the books are finished taking questions. It happened earlier for No Disintegrations.

So, if you just so happen to mention what the three people opposite those trees may look like...

If I just so happened to do that, it would be from memory, but...

Across from the Martial Artist, I might theoretically say that the Kallaran guy from the main picture in the species article;

The Operator picture COULD be the Weequay lady with the goggles and helmet that we've seen before;

And I have a feeling that the Skip Tracer iconic may be a very cool, stern-looking elderly human lady with macronoculars and a long, grey ponytail.

Of course, that's what I would say, if I were to happen to mention those things. Which, of course, I never would.

Thank you so much for scratching that itch in an impossible for most of us to reach place

You're very welcome :) .

And, to head off any requests, I don't actually have the book itself yet. My FLGS will not make them available before Thursday. However, someone who got it from somewhere else was in today showing it off, so I copied down the spec trees and signature abilities. So no, I can't give you pictures or list off the weapons or spaceships for you. Sorry! :(

It's a proverbial itch, and being literal for a moment the only place most people can't scratch their own itches is their back, so it's analogous to "thanks for scratching my back" (by the way my amazing wife washes my back for me otherwise I would have a bunch of pimples on my back that would itch)

Once again, way more information than we need.

But hey, you're getting good at that, and everyone has to be good at something! :D

I don't suppose anyone wants to guess what Mandalorian armor stats are?
