Did anyone else notice how it said "on the boat" before 11/30/16, and then later they changed the "last update" date on it to 11/30/16? If its 6 weeks from that date this thing isn't hitting stores until February...
The fact I'm so worried about buying a new book is usually indicative that I haven't been playing the game enough. Drat these holidays and how people travel away instead of gaming
Yea I had my store check their warehouses when I went in Monday hoping to get lucky, but no deal.
And now another mysterious date change, it says it was last updated 12/1/16....
From what I can tell, it doesn't actually mean much. I've noticed it before, but the changing dates intra-step don't really affect how long a book tends to remain in that stage.
So take heart! It should be soon!
I hope so. I found out my Comic store can order them and I get my 15% discount as well. I just got 5 books today to complete my AOR and F&D book collections. Want to get this one and that will just leave me the adventure books for EOTE.

Yay. We finally know the 3rd spec!
The art for the Weequay female (Operator?) looks great. I especially like that her braids look like pigtails.
So we have Skip Tracer, Operator and Martial Artist. I like the spread honestly, very glad there is a less Combat focused character.
For Martial Artist Improved and Supreme Precision Strike sounds scary, and Unarmed Parry sounds very cool.
Operator sounds like a blend of Gunner and Pilot all in one, an interesting and fitting addition.
Skip Tracer, ah what a great name. Friendly, negotiator, Cunning and good at tracking down a target, fantastic.
The only thing I have to ask is whether unarmed includes brawl weapons? I imagine not by raw; though I can see that easily being house ruled

Unarmed is one method of using Brawl, and does not usually include Brawl-based weapons. However, a few species have claws (or tusks, in the case of the Whiphid) that should still count as unarmed.
Whiphid martial artists are probably bad news for their opponents.

I've been reading and running a fair bit of Trail of Cthulhu lately, and the Skip Tracer looks like what you'd get if the GUMSHOE system came to the Star Wars universe. Psyched.

Sure, it could be , but if it is then it's a Clawdite impersonating a Weequay. Notice the rows of bony spikes on her jawlines along with skin and eye colors uncharacteristic for a Clawdite in the natural form.
