Maybe he finally got bored of us and our Empire loving ways?
No Distintegrations
Maybe he's a Hologram now and cant use the keyboard anymore.
Under his last account, he actually said he was leaving for good once the Force and Destiny Beta came out and FFG made it clear that starting Force users were not going to conform to his hilariously overpowered vision of what they should be. Which seems to have been the only promise he was able to keep...
To be honest, I think Maelora is the only person that misses him, as he managed to brass off pretty much ever other poster given his various "demands" of how FFG needed to "correct" things, in spite of the fact he never actually played the game. Heck, wouldn't surprise me if he never bought any of the actual books and just illegally downloaded several of them instead. He had about the right self-absorbed temperament for that.

Unless there's a very quick turnaround on shipping, it's looking less and less likely that those folks hoping to have No Disintegrations in their hands for Christmas aren't going to have that holiday wish come true. After all, the AoR adventure book Friends Like These is just hitting shelves now (my FLGS should hopefully have copies in on Wednesday), and it's fairly rare that FFG has two Star Wars books hit shelves in the same month.
If anything, I suspect it'll be middle of January before this book is on shelves in the states.

Hmmm... I just limit my demands to wanting to see a corrected Sentinel-class landing craft.

Hmm. I'd only there were a thread where you could go and see exactly when the book was going to be released. That would make it a whole lot easier to plan, wouldn't it?

Rule #1 of Statistics: The numbers can always be interpreted to say whatever you want them to say.
Edit: To clarify my intent (as the statement above could easily be mis-read), while your thread can track the history of scheduled releases, the analysis and predictions as to what's going to be released when boils down to "best guess." And given the vagaries of printing and international shipping, there's far too many unknowns involved in the process to say with any real certainty as to when a product will actually hit shelves.

If fantasy flight promised a date for a release i would trust it less than Absol's predictions.

I fully support shameless self-promotion.
The longer these threads run the more arcane and the funner to read they become!
We got one to over 50 pages back in the day. Ended up discussing Red Dwarf, of all things.
Even by my standards, that's impressive de-railing!
I kinda miss ErikB.

I read that Red Dwarf is going to do another season! This smeg head is excited!

You mean, like Season XI? See http://www.reddwarf.co.uk/guide/index.cfm?seriesID=11

I had notification that the pre-order cash has now been taken out the appropriate account... *waits by the letter box*
Not to stir the pot, but a friend with access to a distributor (who can no longer directly order the books because he has no brick and mortar location for his online business) said over the weekend that distributor information lists a release date of...well...tomorrow for No Disintegrations. While I'm not holding my breath, I did alert my comic store, so they can let me know if it does show up.
It would be awesome of the splat arrives before Chrimbo, but I'm not getting my hopes up. We've got Rogue One as well. If the book arrives I'll get the wife to wrap it up for Christmas Day.... and No Disintegrations - ba-da-bum-tish!! Also, I'll avoid these forums until Boxing Day
In other news, Hey! That's My Fish is hitting the stores! Why is this important?
Penguin Rage represent!
So, those who were told it was out today, I have a question for you: are you certain your distributors didn't get this book confused with Baron Munchausen?
Anything's possible. As the rest of the room was telling him there was no way, he was saying, "I'm just telling you what my email says."
Still no news?
Still no news?
Odds are good that a lot of FFG's staff are on holiday break, so we probably won't be seeing much in the way of news updates until after the first of the new year.
Still no news?
To be frank .... there is typically no real news until the release itself. They do the announcement and then maybe one follow-up post and we have to wait till the book is out to learn anything.
(Weeping, pounding fist on the floor) It's still.... On the boat.... (Sobs)
Still no news?
*goes to the EotE forums*
*sees tread update and hopes Santa brought spoilers or news*
I hate you.
But but but, it's on the boat!
"But Ghosts of Dathomir got an update! Why didn't we!" Kicks womprat and storms off into the tattooine desert.

D’oh!
It took me THIS long to realize that the initialism for “Ghosts of Dathomir” will be “GoD”. Sigh….
