I feel like 2 points is just few enough that anything at this price point would see play at one time or another.
Jainas Light comes to mind as one of the top contenders for best use of points though.

Those pretty well all have a place. Some are more niche than others (I have a fleet with MS-1 on a CR90B specifically to counter Targeting Scrambler Interdictors for my MC30T's...), but they all have a place.
I would vote for Medical Teams, because who wouldn't want a good supply of medicinal whiskey on board? Strictly for crew fortification in dire moments, of course. 
Yep. Some times they're overshadowed by their much more expensive companion (Vector vs Suppressor - but that being said, Vector has a hell of a niche throwing Speed 4 Firesprays...) But they all have a place... No matter how niche that may end up being...
