I'd wager that it's a font made specifically for the Dark Heresy line and, as such, not available to the general public.

IIRC (it was discussed on old BI forums), it´s cold Requiem-Inquisitor and it´s not available for free download. On the other hand I also remember, that there´s similiar for called "Morpheus" which IS free and I often use it. Hope it helps a bit.
