Aloha. I decided to see if I could make a video of a Skirmish game with just the equipment I had on hand.

Here it is:

We both just wanted to try out a couple of experimental lists so don't expect any high level competitive play.

Also before you yell at me, I mis-used Weiss's epic arsenal ability and also completely forgot that elite stormtroopers can focus each other after one dies. shows how much I play troopers...

Feedback on the quality of the video would be appreciated. Is it watchable? Is there something I could have done better?

If you folks don't think this video is trash then I'll likely end up making more of them in the future.

I've have a look this evening mate, great to see more content going up

After reviewing it again I think next time we'll just have to make the score more visable. It's not really possible to follow the score in this video. Next time I'll set up a tablet with the scoring app showing.

Did some basing of figures this evening so didn't watch the whole thing but what I saw was easy to follow along mate with dice rolls clearly visible once you moved them to the centre and sound quality seemed good too

Agreed on the score that was one of the first pieces of feedback i had on my videos from people was that it needed some way to show score throughout.

Might be worth elevating the camera if you can, probably just because it's an AT-ST but it covered a lot of what was going on behind him once he was in front of the camera.

Great start though and look forward to seeing more.

My second attempt:

I liked both videos it was easy to follow what was going on and you guys are very vocal which I really like. You talk clear and explain what is going on, that is important as we can't read the cards and nobody remembers every characters abilities. My only note for the second video is the background noise. I can't watch Team Covenant videos just because their background noise is horrible and I can never hear the actual players. If you could limit the amount of talking going on around you it would help immensely. Maybe it is just me, but I thought the audio in the first video was much better than the second just because of the background noise.

But overall very well done and keep them coming! Love watching all the skirmish videos popping up.

Yeah the first video we were at the front of the store in a secluded corner. In the second one we were in the back by the bathrooms so much more traffic. Trust me it was bugging me the whole time. I wanted to tell everyone to be quiet lol.
