You can find a great guide to many races here http://ti3wiki.org/index.php?title=Evans_Race_Writeups , but unfortunately no-one's got around to writing one for the Muaat yet. If you want one, I suggest you try the forums at www.ti3wiki.org, and be sure to specify how many players the game is for.

It's a little dated (I haven't played as Muaat since last year, even though I've played a game or two a month of the past 2 years), but I'm always down for suggestions.
