I'll go out on a limb and assume you're not a troll. Take a look at the Compiled Resource List thread pinned to the top of the forum. Some of the links are indeed broken or outdated, but there's still a ton of useful material. If you can't find what you need there, try a forum search.

If that still doesn't turn up what you're after, I'd like to encourage you to use as much specificity as you can when asking your questions. Are you looking for blank templates to fill in yourself? Weapons, Armor, Ships, Attachments, etc? The community here is extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable; asking for precisely what you're looking for will make it a lot easier for us to help you.

I don’t know that anyone has made a template for that, but the “Compiled Resources List” thread would definitely be the place to start.
