This is a list I have been wanting to try for a while, whilst it lacks actual squadrons, with careful flying however, it could work very well.

It's basically using the 2 ISD-I's as VERY BIG Gladiators.

Ozzel & 4 ordnance experts costs the same as Vader and I think the ISDs will get a lot more shooting power that way.

I like Ozzel though for speed control, which is key with this fleet.

Not really. I would go with Motti instead and replace 1 GSD with 2 Comm Net Gozantis (to comm net nav/cf tokens). Activations do matter here. I also may try to add HCT to both ISD's,
