Do you gain the new aptitudes? If so, and you already have TWO redundancies, what do you do then?

You gain the aptitudes for the new speciality - but lose the aptitudes from your old speciality instead.

I would assume standard rules apply - if you gain an aptitude you already have, pick a characteristic aptitude of your choice.
