Advanced gunnery won't be able to help your MC80s as the Gunnery Teams card has the word "cannot" on it which is not overridden by anything - including the scenario. You could make the AFIIb get the benefit but your opponent may have Ackbar and a MC80A or an ISD and benefit more than you.

Most wanted is a good red objective as you can nominate your cheap GR75 and go hunting the juiciest enemy ship you think you can reliably kill.
