Just got the game and read it.

Got a few questions. I understand when you have completed 10 advances in a career you get your speciality for free and if you pay an advance you get to keep it when you go to your new career.

My question is when you go to the new career, do you keep all the talents and skills form the class you where in and free to use them as you presue your new class? IE if I am a theif and switch to a caster class can I still use all my talents and skills I got as a thief?

I assume you get all your characteristic boosts and wounds etc. But it is not clear on skills or talents?

Yes, you keep all skill and talents acquired.

You can keep and use skills you acquired.

You can keep all your talents acquired, but you may only use the one you can "socket" on your carrier sheet. The useless one may used through sharing them on party sheet.
