Correllian conflict on pre-order 84 days and counting.

They had these countdown clocks for wave 3&4 too and weren't that accurate.

I think they just count down to someone's assumption based on the info given in the FFG preview article.

Were they short or long on their predictions? It does imply the campaign is before the next wave. That's fine as we want to test the new pilots before we get new fighters.

When they are given info on release dates.

Officially, only release Info for any and all of it is "Quarter 4."

Now, with Hanjing having done what its done, who knows... That could add 2-3 months at the outside of worst case fears are realised in how long it takes to clear the backlog...

My guess late November.

Hanjin is being given 60 million from its parent company to help.

I know a number of store managers through the Bay Area. FFG is notoriously tight-lipped about release dates, in part specifically because they've been burned on them before.

SOP for FFG products is that they can be sold the minute they arrive in stores (unless there's an explicit statement otherwise) but they can't be used for store events until listed as "in stores" by FFG.

Which is a different SOP for International Distributors - at least in Canada, anyway.

Stores here are to above by Street Date as listed by FFG, and delivered through Lion Rampant.... Or Lion Rampant flips a fit.

They have "street dates" in USA also, but usually they put out the street date the week before (or of) actual release, and it just makes you wait until Thursday when they ship in on Wed afternoon.

Admittedly, my knowledge was passed along a few years ago before Asmodee took over. It's highly possible they've tightened it up. It's also posible that Disney has forced a change in policy for its Star Wars products.

Wouldn't expect to get anything in time from Wayland Games.

I cancelled my order recently but those who (pre-)ordered Wave 3 & 4 from them are still waiting for their order now. Even though their website says "available for order", this just means you can order them but they are not actually in stock.

Or, they deliver new orders first and let the pre-order people wait?

Yeah whatever you do, don't purchase anything through Wayland Games anyhow.

Awful company.

Stay Away!

I like Wayland and use them a lot.

But I don't get tempted into their long term pre orders as that is were a lot of people's bad experiences seem to come from.

Having said that with the recent tumble in the value of the pound, and FFG's price hikes accordingly, those who had wave 3-4 on long term pre-order would have benefitted from cheaper interdictors.
