Overall, I like Norra. However what she brings to the table is about a 3.5 attack dice ship with very limited maneuverability. Since shield regeneration is quite useless on AGI 1 ships (Only Miranda can pull it off) you'd be better off with the R2 astromech to turn those 2 hard turns green (thereby making PTL much easier to use). With the 3 extra point you could add Veteran instincts rather than Adaptability to the A-wings, swap crack shot out for juke or even swap your tail gunner for a full gunner.
