Quick rules question: when you put Gunner (or IGD crew + IGB pilot) on Latts Razi, does the agility reduction from Latts' ability apply to both attacks? I would tend to say no, but I've heard the argument that, with the release of the new flowchart, gunner effects now trigger before the initial attack completely resolves; thus, the agility reduction remains in place.

Which way is right?

Latts does not affect Gunner attacks unless you spend the target lock for that attack.

Gunner creates a new attack, so effects like Latts from the first attack are gone. The effect only works on one attack.
