Help me figure out the new SW.... EPT coming with the TIE-striker

By Calibri Garamond, in X-Wing

So, this one should be possible to figure out, I think..

Title starts with SW, and has about as much room as SWARM TACTICS.

Going of what can be read from the card, SWARM ATTACK is a possibility.

Anyway, the following can be seen:

When ...

weapon..

other..

the de..

arcs a/e

evade..

ship

d..

The first part probably reads:

When performing a primary

weapon attack,

It fits well with the distances and the wording is the same as used for Vrill. Secondary wouldn't make much sense as the Striker does not have a secondary weapon slot.

Then it becomes harder.. my best guestimate would be something like this

When performing a primary

weapon attack, for each

other friendly ship ...

the defender.. firing

arcs..

The way to crack it is probably the use of plural for arcs. So It cannot refer to your arc, or the defenders arc. But instead to some oter ships arcs. The d in the final row could possible refer to die/ce. And the evade most likely refers to an evade token, as evade results are written with the symbol and not the word for some reason.

My english is not god enough for this. So please help :).... But it's starting to look like an attack that benefits from having friendly ships with evade tokens around. What do you think?

Hopefully it's something along the lines of Fearlessness just a little better.

The Striker strikes me (hehe) as FFG's attempt at a true blue "jouster" for the Empire outside of the TIE Fighter, so I get the feeling it's going to have something to do with that.

Swarm of Bees

When attacking (with a primary)

weapon, (you may assign)

other (players with bees. When)

the defending (player is stung by bee)

arcs, (and finds they cannot)

evade (their horrible stings, steal their)

ship (and run out the front)

d(oor).

I think I'm getting good at this!

If this provides an attack buff to ships (with the same EPT) on the proviso that they're firing at the same target, it'll be the second effect I hoped would be for a fix for the Scyk... <_<
