I think one of the weakest parts of this list is the need to go second. That, and probably an Imperial hero ball. Let me know what you think.

Why do you NEED to go second?

I think the biggest issue is putting your admiral on a highly fragile ship without a title card.

I'm not sure if it's a "need" in all caps (I may have exaggerated in my first post), but I would really like to go second with Rieekan, and I feel Rieekan loses some value if you go first. Yea, he's on an 18 point ship but what else would I put him on? The mc30 is the sacrificial lamb, the other two nebs are going to be forward marching with the squadrons into the mouth of the other ships. I feel like the flotilla is the only ship who will be avoiding danger since it only needs to be in long range of the fighters.

The difference is Bright Hope, a massive boost to the defense of the flotilla. Along with Admonition on the MC30. Just because you get benefit out of dying, doesnt mean you shouldnt try **** hard to avoid losing your ships.

Alright, that's reasonable. How about I take out Tycho, add in bright hope (2), admonition (8), put back in Jan instead of the generic HWK (7). Now it's 400 on the button and the ships have a bit more survivability.

Would make me happy

You don't really NEED Jan for this one, however some veteran captains and/or Lando could add some real flexibility to your shooting ships. Fighter coordination teams would also be acceptable on Yavaaris. Downgrading Jan gives you 7 points to play with.

So another permutation of this list would be downgrading Jan, adding Lando to the Admonition? Salvation?, or giving a Vet Captain to Salvation? I suppose FCTs would be interesting on Yavarais but I'm not sold on them. I think at this point I would need to play test these different variations to see which works best.
